I was asked at short notice to provide PA for this event in Soho, London. Mark Zito was performing after the recent launch of his first Album. I had the help of an experienced PA technician and we were able to divide the work between the stage and the FOH position. The venue had Mackie Thump speakers and I was able to balance them fairly well but would have preferred to have had my System Processor with me to tame them. The main problem then was Mark's speaking voice was less intelligible than the singing. This was fixed with Channel EQ.
